Once you have completed the following steps, your computer will remember the settings future use of the CD(s).

  1. Insert the AMD Course or Module CD into your drive.
  2. When the menu appears, press the Windows® key --> on your keyboard.
  3. Click Computer.
  4. Right-Click on the CD/DVD drive containing the Course CD, and click Explore.
  5. Double-click on the CDx folder. (where x = 1 or 2)
  6. Right-click on the file named AMD and select Properties.
  7. Click the Compatibility tab.
  8. Check the box Run this program in compatibility mode for:
    Windows XP (Service Pack 2) should be showing in the drop-down box.
  9. Under the Privilege Level, check the box Run this program as an administrator.
  10. Click OK and close the window opened in step #3.

    You should now be back at the Course Main Menu screen.

    Now click the Launch Presentations and Activities button to begin.
